The houses offered by the Mumbai board of MHADA are at Srinivas Mill, Bombay Dyeing Mill, and Spring Mill. A total of 3,894 Houses offered to the mill workers in a lottery draw declared on March 1, 2020, in which First Intimation Letters has issued to all winners on 02/07/2021. As per the First Intimation letters all winners suppose to submit the required documents to Mumbai District Co Bank to respective branches. Whereas MHADA has already given 3 opportunities to submit the required documents to Mumbai bank as per below.

On 07/08/2022, The MHADA has published Documents Not Submitted (DNS) list of 215 winners / legal heir beneficiaries on website https://mhada.gov.in. Now MHADA has given last opportunity to 215 winners / legal heir beneficiaries to submit the required documents in Mumbai District Bank from 10/08/2022 to 08/09/2022 and also MHADA has published list of winners / Legal heir beneficiaries those who already have room in Chawl of Bombay Dyeing mill place So for those applicants requested not to submit the documents.

Moreover, As per Notice dated 10/08/2022 the MHADA has stated that 83 winners / legal heir beneficiaries out of 215 DNS List have not collected or not delivered the first intimation letter from the MHADA office after it was delivered back by the post office due to Incomplete of address/ Door locked / Death of Mill Worker etc. Therefor 83 winners / legal heir beneficiaries are requested to collect the First Intimation letters by making written application in the office of MHADA to Dy.Co. (Girni) , Mumbai Board, Room No.205, First Floor, Grihanirman Bhavan, Kalanagar, Bandra , Mumbai 400051 with required documents.
